No, neither I nor the site store any credit card information. I use Stripe.com, one of the most secure and reputable payment processors available. All card numbers are encrypted and decryption keys are stored on separate machines, so your credit card details are perfectly safe!
Sorry about that – sometimes these emails end up in spam folders and get automatically deleted after several days. Please check your spam folder. If your welcome email isn’t there, please contact my support team and they’ll resend your login details.
Your username is the same email address that you signed up with when you purchased the course. If you can't remember what that is, check where you're receiving emails from me about the course, and this will be the email address you can use to log in.
Don't worry, you can update your password using the "Forgot Password" reset button on the login page.

Questions about the Course
When you sign up, you’ll get immediate access to the first half of the course that covers the science and theory. The second half of the course on application is split into four weeks, and you’ll get access to these each week on Monday. You have lifetime access to the course, and there’s no need to be present at a particular time, so if you’re busy one week you’ll be fine to catch up and go through things at your own pace.
You'll have immediate access to part one, and for part two you'll receive a new video each weekday for four weeks.
No! The course is flexible to fit round your schedule. Once you have access to a module, you’ll be able to go through it whenever you like, wherever you like. And you have lifetime access.
